Recognition of Prior Learning acknowledges skills acquired through formal and informal learning and work experience. Whether you're a chef, a woodworker, a plumber, or a pirate with a hook must meet the required standards and only can award a formal qualification or credits towards a qualification. We provide an RPL program for the students to make their experience into certified qualifications. RPL is the process that leads to certification. Furthermore, our RTO (Registered Training Organisation) partners are responsible for all the documents/evidence gathering, and the outcome of each qualification applied to our clients.
This approach can substantially benefit youth working in the informal sector as well as returnee migrants by allowing them to be recognized for abilities gained via experience learning even if they do not have formal training or schooling. Youths can acquire acknowledgement for abilities obtained through experiential learning using the RPL approach of skill assessment, which shortens the length of study as self-learning will be certified, which in turn boosts their self-esteem.
